Just wanted to show off my custom box that was made by one our very own club members. His name i-club name is yepwrx. This was custom made to hold my JL10w6 and he made sure that it met everyone one of my specifications. what do you guys think? I have more pix if you need, they're just from a bunch of diff angles. The best part was a perfect custom box without the custom box price. Very affordable for us who cant afford thousand dollar sound systems.

are the trunk dimensions the same for the 04 and up imprezas as the bugeyes. i got a 02 wrx and i have 2 10" subs but i dont like my box at all. i like the look of yours a lot and was wondering if yepwrx could do the same as yours for my car but two boxes one on each side of the trunk.

 

the trunk dimensions are pretty similar, however, when yepwrx made my box, we noticed that there are very tiny differences in the way the lining molds between the bugeyes and the 04/05 models. however, you're in luck because yepwrx owns a bugeye, and would just be able to mold your boxes to his own trunk, since they'd be the same. He currently runs his own two box setup in his trunk. Definately PM him and ask him for more details and pictures.

ive been designing the same type of box but 2 of them. one on each side of the trunk with a 12" on each side. and im making them 1.6 cu ft each. also im designing the subs to face horizontal towards eachother. it will cut out upper end distortion and it wont rattle the trunk as much.
