JL Stealth Box- Any interest?
I had a JL stealth box in my '99 A4 that was perfect, except that it was 2 - 8"ers. If you can make something that's a tight fit, hits hard, and can take more than a 10w3, then count me in, too. You would be answering the whole reason for my current search.
Let us know if it's a go and about how much, obviously. Thanks

I would definitely buy one. I have an '04 wagon and I have nowhere to hide the sub. I would like a stock appearance. I think a stealthbox that fits over the spare tire in the wagon would be awesome. Please let us know if you'll do it. I would be ready to order right now. (I'll be building a system in the coming months).
EDIT: Also another thing is that I think this will be a great un-tapped market for a big manufacturer like JLAudio. I know around here (San jose CA) I see tons of WRXs and STIs driving around. I am sure they'll be able to sell quite a few around here.

Car Info: Aspin '02 WRX sedan
I would definatly get one for my '02 WRX Sedan. I have 2 10" JL W7s waiting to go into my car. I don't need to use both of them, but if you make a double stealth box then great. I really wanted to mount them where the spare tire is in the trunk, that way they can be out of sight and I would still have trunk space.... so just a spot to consider for you guys.
I'll keep my eye on this thread to see if you guys make it so then I could get one.

I want one. I like the stealthboxes that are made for the BMW 3series. They use the trunk as an enclosure and mount on the rear deck. They take up no trunk space and I'm sure they sound great because they are firing directly into the car, without a lot of material insulating them from the cabin of the car. I would pay up to $400 for the set of two subs.
I had a 10" W7 and a 500/1 amp, it rocked my boxers man, but the brackets broke on a launch, then it was just too much weight, i am going with 2 stock under seat sub/amp combos until they come out with one. Cheers

Any way you could convince them to put it in the middle of the trunk so it could fire into the cabin when the pass-thru is folded down? I've tried a bunch of subs and configurations and BY FAR this setup gives the best SQ and least trunk rattles.
BTW, this six-year-old 10W6 still kicks like a champ, and I just ordered a 300/2 for her.
