i want to put a jl 12inch w7v2 into my wrx and wanted to know if a class d amp (kenwood 1700 amp) would be good enough for just that 1 sub, also wat kind of box i should get and how i could prevent from it rolling around in my trunk, also i have a blitz bov thats in great shape that i want to sell for like 170, please i need help

I think that should be fine, I had 2 12" JL W3 V2 and I only had a 1000 MTX digital Amp connected to them. You got a 12" W7 though? Bravo, those subs kick A$$! I wish I could've gotten those but I was low on $ at the time. I'd also get a ported box, not sealed, just a good size Q-Logic Ported box should work. You may need to go to JLaudio.com to get the exact dimensions. You'll have to bolt it down to keep it from rolling, and gettin stolen.
