Check scoobymods.com, other than that I have taken apart the doors.

-Just stick a screwdriver between the door and the panel
-The door is held to the panel by some simple plastic holder things. just pull
-Unscrew the door screws *behind handle and hand rest area*
-Then disconnect the door controls and then push up on the panel it should come out. Your speakers and tweeters should be right there.
