call crutchfield and ask for the installation instructions for your car.
if you want some help your gonna need to give some more info? are you completely clueless when it comes to stereo installs? if so I'd say pay that dude the $200 and be done with it. if not then what type of equipment are you using? what amp are you using, do you have all the wires, are you running the stock receiver, and what do you have for speakers?

Installing an amp isn't really all that hard. most install kits have a generic instructions that are good enough for a basic set up.
Get the amp kit depending on the size of the amp and weather not you plan on expanding. 10 guage power shoud be appropriate. assuming you have acces to H/U..
First its a good idea to disconnect negative line (black) from battery to prevent frying.
Second find a way through the fire wall for the power line connect end w fuse to positive terminal of battery. Any decent kit will have connections youll need crimpers but plyers will do in a pinch.
run line to amp.
second run rc lines from head unit to amp (its a good idea to run the rca lines down the opposite end on the power line especially when running highs.)
third locate the power on lead that will power on amp with H/U this line is alomost always blue or blue w white stripe. I say almst because if i say always someone will go ape $hit and start screaming about how it isnt always true. run that line to the amp. all connections should be marked on the amp.
fourth run speaker wire to sub.
now reconnect the negative side and test the system.
these are pretty generic but a basic install isn't rocket science. they can get alot more complex but they don't have to be. IMO the biggest pain is puling the panels to keep the wiring invisible.
if that sounds to hard bone up and pay the 200$.
