fiberglass the trunk, help!!!

Question fiberglass the trunk, help!!!

hey subie owners
i currently own a MY00 Impreza RS. ok where can i find a company that makes custom fiberglass molding in the trunk for my audio system. u know those shining hot trunk that u see in the car show where the sub are inverted, neon, and stuff. that fiberglass thingy that holds everything together.

the easy way is to make your box, you can invert the subs in it, then just put it in your car, bolt it down, then go crazy with the fiberglass, just lay it everywhere, then prep it paint and call it a week. it will be way heavy and pointless, but it is the easy way. the hard way requires experiance that typed words cant convey

I am currently working on a fiberglass enclosure for one JL 10W6 for the driver corner of the trunk. If you have all the tools and materials, fiberglassing isn't that difficult to work with.

if you really want it to look nice, I would say let a pro do it, the base of glassing isn't too hard, but getting it to look great is a few years of doing it. I got a glass box built into the driver side of the trunk. It looks and sounds great. A lot better then a big *** box sitting in there.
