Bluetooth in 2011 Premium and iPod

I connect my iPhone 3gs to the stock radio in the 2011 premium Impreza. Does anyone know if it's normal not to be able to see the artist name, album or song? Not sure if this is expected behavior or if I'm doing something wrong.

Car Info: 2011 SWP WRX Hatch

Connected via Bluetooth or USB?

USB should display the song info, Bluetooth won't and it will display "BT-A".

Okay cool. It's only bluetooth when I don't see the name. I guess that is normal. Thanks.
