Does anyone know if a factory CD player will plug right into the wiring of a 96 legacy that only has a cassette right now? Also, is this 2 units or is the CD and Cassette integrated into one head unit if the vehicle is equipped with both?

my 2000 legacy has a stock cd and tape player in it and the cd unit is seperate. the tape deck and radio are incorporated into one unit.
