2006 STI OEM Sub/Amp 8 Pin Plug???

2006 STI OEM Sub/Amp 8 Pin Plug???
Hi!
'Newbie' here needs some help.
I fitted a Sony Xplod Deck (got AUX In for Ipod) to a 2006 STI but cant figure out how to connect to the OEM Underseat Sub.
The problem is a sperate 8 Pin Connector comming from the Sub with a violet, orange and gray (appears to be looped?) wire. This 8 pin connector originally plugged into the factory deck. Does anyone know what to do with the Violet and Orange wire????
