Service in Vegas... options?

There is only one Subaru dealership here in Vegas (on the oppositive side of town from me) and I am not that pleased with the service. Can anyone else make some recommendations for a shop that can service Subaru and does a good job?

re: Findlay -- I always have difficulties getting through to anyone or getting a call back. I am usually leaving voice mail two or three times. I have also had some real issues getting a warranty replacement part for my car. The bracket that holds the siren part of my alarm under the hood fatiqued and broke a year ago. I have tried getting a new one three times from Findlay and it hasn't happened. So I am also looking for a good online Subaru parts dealer.

And to cap if off -- some jacka$$ backed up into the Subaru while my wife was driving home from work -- and then drove off. She did get the license plate though. I heard back from the body shop -- $4500 in repairs. At least I only have a $500 deductible.

John,

Check out flat4lv.com and you will get better responses. Most people will say to call James @ PPR. He is a member on the board and his number is posted in several threads. Hope this helps.

I would still stick with James. He is better than any of the dealerships. If you want some opinions from people that have had work done from the new dealership, go ask on www.flat4lv.com That is where all the Vegas people area at.
