poll: except i dont' know how to do a poll 
ok. so say you had to set up an office, and you were going to rent one large room that you can place probably 3-4 desks in.... would you:
1. leave it completely open, and have managers and employees just sit together (no cube separate at all)?
2. separate manager(s) from other via just a cube?
3. build a glass wall and create a manager's office?
