I get atleast 3 of 4 calls a month from people that are currently w/ ameriquest. when i ask them about thier rates they usually have something that is sometimes 1 to 2 % higher than what they would qualify for at my bank.
Bryco is coming up pretty fast since ive started working here. they have upped their advertising and have now started TV adds. they project the company to have about 200 employees by the end of the year. we currently have about 35 loan officers.

we've only had two disgruntled employees so far. they both were type A and we already known to have a short fuse. everyone else is pretty easy to get along with. its a 100% commission job so it can get stressful at times but 95% of the time its smooth sailing.

on other work related news, i think i cracked my knee cap playing a game of mini basketball today in the office. i went up for a lay up and i banged my knee against the corner of the supprot colum that we set up our hoop on.
