so the manager tells the lady: i'm sorry that that drawer is disorganized, but as a customer, you're not supposed to be looking in there... we keep excessive things in there and the customer drawers organized.

and the clerk told her that the drawer was their to be shelved drawer and if she felt it was disorganized, then she should shelve the patterns herself.... even tried to hand her the key... (after she said if she was manager she'd have everything sooo orderly)
