so there are a lot of restuarants in the city.. just not right around fairmont
fairmount = *** hill area
which is right north of union square area...
if you go east to the embarcadero/north beach area, u have the typicals:
gordan biersch, ozuma (great atmosphere - japanese food)...
stinking rose, steps of rome, masa's (french), etc.
other restaurants that have gotten great reviews:
in lower *** hill: crustacean (all seafood... i'm not a huge fan, but some ppl love this restaurant)
soma area: lulu's (i also wasn't a huge fan of it.. i prefer zuni's on market near castro area)
then there's: house of prime rib on van ness in what is considered between lower *** hill and pacific heights...
if you dare to venture a bit further west, you run into the asia restaurants:
ebisu in sunset area
brothers on geary in richmond
etc.
any questions?

Quick Quote:

You won't ever see it though cuz Ryan keeps editing
quick quote takes you to the bottom of the screen, quote take you to another page
