Prescott can't be all that bad, after all it's reasonably clost to Sedona and Flagstaff, and I keep hearing good things about those areas.

Phoenix isn't that bad. Well, if you dont mind the days where it his 100+ by 9am, you'll love it. As for all the critters on the couch, I've never had that problem. The dust storms during the summer are cool, your paint job won't like it.
