That was a mistake. If he would have followed up, we could have moved him back since it was our (well, the gc's) fault.

The main difference is street tires vs rally tires. If you are the slowest pos in the world (me) but have rally tires, you are 4O, but if you are the fastest thing evar and have street tires you'd be 4S.

Get it? No need to remove mods.
