Subie Extravaganza, Sunday August 10th @ DROMO ONE ~ Save the date
This event that will include a Karting Tournament, Car Show, Vendor Village, Raffles, Giveaways, etc. The car show alone will have 15 different classes for Subarus.
There is a $250* award for the person that travels the furthest distance to participate in the event.

I did my best to get some satisfactory images of all of the trophies together in addition to some up-close shots. All trophies were custom built to my specifications and they came out better than I could have expected.
There are over 18 trophies. I wanted to show you every trophy variation so you know what you are competing for in the Karting Tournament and Car Show. I will be sending an email out later on Tuesday, providing more info about two new promotions that we started this week to sell out the remaining available spaces;the Triple Your Raffle Tickets Promotion as well as the Refer-A-Friend Promotion. If you are planning to come and sign up for just the raffle, you might want to reconsider signing-up for one of the packages because of all of stuff that you can get in addition to scores of raffle tickets!
In that email, I will also announce that Tenzo Racing Sports has graciously agreed to provide a set of 4 wheels for our raffle. What is most incredible about this is that Damion was able to get them to agree to provide the wheels in ANY STYLE and ANY SIZE (17" or 18") of the raffle winner's choice! Family Of Trophies That Will Be Handed Out (We have 18 trophies the size of the middle trophy; couldn't fit them in to make a good shot so I used just one)
Karting Tournament Grand Champion Trophy
Car Show - Best of Show
All other trophies will come with a custom plaque, will look similar/identical to this one, and be the same height (over 24"), including all of the other car show classes, and the trophies awarded to the 2nd and 3rd place drivers in the Karting Tournament. The Dirtiest Subaru Trophy is featured in the images below for illustration purposes.

No, you don't have to bring your Subarus. Just bring your registration so we know where you live. This is not limited to Subaru owners.

FOR CAR SHOW PARTICIPANTS: Participant arrival, briefing, and setup will begin promptly at 8:00am. Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, you risk being assigned a space that you may not prefer so be sure to arrive on time. Please wait to enter the car show area until you have confirmed your registration and received your car show documents. Subie Extravaganza opens to the public at 11:00am and all participants in the car show are expected to arrive early. If you will be arriving late, please contact Damion at the contact details below.
FOR KARTING PARTICIPANTS: Participant arrival, sign-up, and driver briefing will begin promptly at 10:15am. Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, you risk not being assigned to a sequence of races that you prefer so be sure to arrive on time. Only park in acceptable locations. After you have unloaded your display, you may park your vehicle in the green shaded areas on the image attached to this email.

Red = Dromo 1's indoor karting facility
Green shaded area = There is parking lot on the north-west corner of W. Katella Ave and N. Main St., which is marked in green on the attached image. You may also park on W Trenton Ave, which is just north of Dromo 1 and is also marked in Green.
There are several 'No Parking' signs along N. Main St so don't park there.

Please do not forget to bring a copy of your receipt (usually generated via Paypal).
