It wasn't very painful. There was the slight shock of having the clamps on your nipples, but you get used to it fast. Pain is only in your mind anyway! There were screws that you could turn to adjust how tight of a pinch the clamps had. At first, I had them on loose, but after they fell off many many times, I gradually began to tighten them. Needless to say, tonight my nipples are still a little tender, but at least they aren't sore anymore. :-) Some friends and I drove around Hollywood for 5 hours on Saturday going from various **** shop to **** shop until I found the right stuff :-). It was well worth it though...
