Nah, it's not that the "type" of service is not available. My complex, or grid, or whatever they call it, needs to be wired for Fios. Basically, our HOA would have to say "Yes Mr/Mrs. Verizon, please come to our complex, dig up the ground, rewire our entire complex, so that we can tap in to the nearest Fios Conduit"
