Epic Satellite Fail. This happened at Lockmart while I was still in grad school and had just gotten laid off at Loral.
This happened because some moron tech didn't check that the bolts on the dolly were tightened (or put on) before they tilted the satellite to do antenna work. Loral did the same thing with another satellite.
