Speaking of Korean dish, I was watching Dotch Ryouri Show yesterday on Gyoza VS. Kushikatsu battle; theme was "best ryouri with beer". They made some kimchee gyoza that looked so yum. But then on the other side, they made mentaiko ika maki (mentaiko rolled in a piece of ika), then they dipped it in the batter and deep fried that SOB. It looked so good.
