if you've got a million things running in the background, especially with Bittorrent since that eats up your upstream, then it will suck playing online. that's why your **** sucks eddie, turn off BT and any downloads you have going on in the background if you want a better connection. as for your dad go into access restrictions and limit bandwidth on your dad's computer. then i would run a few tracert tests to google.com on a clean, open connect (no d/l's etc) and if you are seeing 100+ on all of your hops then maybe TW is the issue, otherwise i think i'ts user error

I'm just setup QOS (quality of service) on the router limiting other computer on my router to 100kb/s down and 30 kb/s up
I've ran tracert test and it does go up to 100+. But the typical answer from TWC is nothing is wrong. I spoke to level 2 tech so many times and there's nothing they can do. Their network in my area is just too overloaded.
I hope some other provider would come thru soon so i can get rid of this TWC crap.

DSL not available in my area. I'm too far from the node.
I can usually get 3 bar connection on COD..
but on occasion when TWC decides to take a crap, it would be fluctuating.
and it sucks because i would be unloading 10-20 rounds and I would only be shooting air.

well that's crap o.O who's your phone provider? so that's pretty much everyone only choice... and twc wouldn't give a dam because they have no one else to go to...
