I'd have to agree with Jimmy. Cute how you let the bashing go on over here, Alex. Why don't you take the high road? I'm not taking sides in this at all, just making an observation. This isn't the first time someone has bashed on me on this site.
For the record, Bris isn't exactly an authority on right/wrong. Just another bitter, spoiled person vying for attention. Sad really. She's content with her role though, so I guess that's fine. I just think it's funny that any time she does something wrong on NASIOC and gets warned for it she runs here and cries to all the "haters" on this board.
People will like what they like, but this is the most immature and ongoing fight I've ever witnessed. There is a huge reason I don't post over here and it's the general attitude of most of the members. This thread is a great example. What ever happened to the 'community'?

Ya Alex if you need someone to moderate to make sure stuff like this dosent happen I would be glad to.
I mod on Nasioc, AWJ, DJforums, Offtopic.net, etc etc...
I mean this is a perfect example of a flaming thread with kiddie bashing...I know for a fact thats not what your about....right? Least thats what Daniel keeps tellin me.

If people want to talk about it, I let them. I don't like shutting people up. If they want to say that they don't like NASIOC, they say it and I let them. Why should I stop them?
Yes, me and Nick made up. What does this have to do with anything? If we applogized to each other and shook hands, that does not make me wanna run my site as NASIOC is ran.
NASIOC shuts people up and I let them talk. Like you, Ryan, for example, if this was on NASIOC, this thread along with you post would have been closed, editing, deleted and like half of the people that replied and viewed it banned.
So Bris doesn't like you. So what? Should I defend you? Should I attack you? I will do neither because it is none of my business if she likes you or not. If you do something bad to me, I will tell you how I feel. If you do something good for me, I will praise you. I speak my mind and let others do so too.
Also, I did not add any fuel to the fire here. People were discussing why they choose one site to another. Some people like i-Club and some like NASIOC. If you openly say that you don't like this site, you are free to do so. I give you my respect for that. I will see what you had to say, and make adjustments to the site if I could.
But then, there are comments like that from SF, who simply tried to offend everyone in this thread. Why? Because he can? Sure, he can do that and I will not stop him, but I will respond when members of my club are attacked by a hater-by-accossiation.
I am neither stopping, nor do I care if someone doesn't like me or i-Club over at NASIOC. Don't ask me to do the same here.
And don't even get me started on "warnings" at NASIOC. Thats just silly.
The bottom line is that I made up with Nick. Nick and I had the ***** to talk and appologize to each other on the personal level and agreed to try to keep the flames down. I think both of us doing a good job. I am not asking Nick to shut people up over there. If he chooses to, thats fine, but don't ask me to do that, because that is something I don't do. I am not starting the flames, nor do I contribute to them. I am an Admin. Thats what I do. I have interests of the majority as a priority. Not the interest of the sour few.

Plus, this thread is by no means a "NASIOC Bashing" thread. If you wanna see what those look like, do a search in 2 year old posts over here. That was bashing. This is not.

Ok, I just re-read this whole thread. This thread is absolutely innocent. No personal attacks, no offensive stuff, no flaming. Just a bunch of people who were turned of by NASIOC are talking about.

It's not so much to do with letting people voice an opinion. That's fine. It's everything to do with allowing some childish arguement get drawn out. Great that you and Nick made up. Awesome. About time. Maybe you should let everyone else know that. The reasons that people dislike either site are pretty skewed and convenient. Everyone is welcome to an opinion, but when it goes beyond constructive and onto hateful is when you need to say enough is enough and just move on. People hold grudges way too long. I simply don't understand.
Again, I don't have anything against you or your site. I do have a problem with the attitudes and perceptions. On both sites to one degree or another. I don't post here much, as this is my 3rd post. Is it because I hate your site? No. It's because I don't have the desire to surf 20 sites day in and day out. I've found a 'niche' if you will in OT on NASIOC. So, that's where I hang out. I browse over here on occasion.
To each their own. As long as there is a minimum maturity level that is maintained. At least that's one mans opinion. No one has to agree.
