The 5k was fine. A lot of incline which i wasnt use to and the very beginning exhausted a lot of energy due to the crowd. A guy tumbled right next to me on the uphill section of the course. Im not exactly sure of the time but it was under 30mins. Also i was in the back of the crowd during the starting line.

Kevin and I ran the 10k. I see a big improvement for me this year as I ran up almost the whole hill. The course is ok. We started around 10 seconds after the clock start... so I think I kevin and I should take out 10 seconds haha.
