anybody hacked their tivo and put in a bigger HD?

my friend hacked his tivo... he told me series one is the best and easiest.

I have a replaytv which is mostly the same functionality, replay tv with 250gb hd . Once you use a DVR you don't want to watch live tv again. Sports on a DVR is sweet, you can start an hour into it , skip commericals and finish the event in real time.

 

I have a tivo only because of Direct TV but I have to say if your getting one go for a replay. the nice thing about them is that you can share your files with other replay users via the internet. got to love that network ability they offer

 

so if i tivo **** i can share it?!?!?!?!
