If you could make me a mod, but keep my screenname from letting people know I'm a mod, then I'd be honored to moderate the socal part of these forums.
Just don't label me as a moderator and everything's cool. I'd just be a regular person who happens to have the power to regulate on the occasional person who types something inappropriate.
Then again, that sounds like a lot of work & responsibility... Maybe I don't want that.
I don't really see a need for a moderator in here right now. Things are kinda slow.

alex, i would seriously consider PMing val and talking to him about this opportunity. you will see from his replies that he is a smart, educated, and talented subaru enthusiast who has been very active in the subaru community well before most people here even knew what a wrx was.
