my brother's old band "corruption" played several times with pantera in the early 90's. my bro said that phil is an intense dood. smaller guy but not juan to mess with.

good question. i think they were just too picky with who to sign up with. they didn't want to get ripped-off because there are a lot of scammers in the industry.
