side note:we deep fried a turkey one year, as we were all eating dinner our dog was out back lapping up the scalding hot oil, knocked over the deep frier and continued to lick all the oil up, neeless to say the dog was not in good condition for several days, in fact he didn't move for 3 days......he made it though, tough little sucker!:banana:
