Why "white washed"? Caucasians in Chinese restaurant. Somewhat unusual in Arcadia, at least to me. Pricey 小籠包 - Xiao Lung Bao.

The one in Taiwan has Mexicans as line cooks? How interesting is that? They must be intrigued by the culinary culture of the Americans. Would you call that inter-outsourcing? Having another race to serve a different race's food. Kinda like Chinese and Koreans owning their "sushi" restaurant.
