Get a second car. I have a 94 Honda Civic. It gets 33mpg. My insurance is cheaper too.

thats what im saying! 350 miles with a quarter tank of gas left! but then you get comments like being "stupid" for buying a civic...

Well, yeah. Since I'm taking forever to make up my mind on what to get, it's my only car. I pay $87/month for insurance, and under $100/month on gas. I get around 350 to the tank. I'm not complaining!

If I added a Mazda3 to the plan, it's $111/month for insurance. Evo, $269/month.

yup! i couldnt believe how much cheaper it costs for a civic... although the lack of power isnt very inviting the 400 a year insurance...smiles from ear to ear!
