The Granola bars I eat is from trader joe. 130 calories. 4g total fat... 21g of carbohydrate, 8g of sugar. It uses organic brown rice syrup, which I think it's a lot better than High Fructose Corn Syrup. HFCS is man made sugar that is very bad. It can mess up your metabolism... most of the stuff nowadays has HFCS in it... check out soda... like 38g of sugar... Well, until I become a skinny ***, I can't tell people what's good or bad... haha.
