I like loco moco from ono's better... cause they give me 3 patties... hahahaha. I had L & L in Hawaii... it does tastes better than the one I went in cerrito. Well... you can't go wrong with L & L and 15% off... that's a good deal! I am trying to get on a freaking diet... so I am telling myself not to go... I don't want to eat freaking salad when everyone is eating katsu chicken or loco moco.

 

It would help if you cut back on the snacks......

 

My snacks are for the show only, I don't actually eat them... except the granola bar for breakfast... haha!

So how many of you are going?

The reason why I said it's for show is because I don't eat a lot of the stuff I have in the draw anymore... they have high calories. I give them to my coworkers instead =.<

The Granola bars I eat is from trader joe. 130 calories. 4g total fat... 21g of carbohydrate, 8g of sugar. It uses organic brown rice syrup, which I think it's a lot better than High Fructose Corn Syrup. HFCS is man made sugar that is very bad. It can mess up your metabolism... most of the stuff nowadays has HFCS in it... check out soda... like 38g of sugar... Well, until I become a skinny ***, I can't tell people what's good or bad... haha.

 

just exercise more and eat whatever you want.
