somewhat un-authentic) generic chinese restaurant ie. sam woo restaurant
ok-authentic) small hole in the wall dirty chinese food ie. q noodle
somewhat authentic) expensive chinese restaurant ie. hong kong palace
super authentic) your fobby chinese mom cooking me food ie. your mom goes to college
