er i was doing 100+ too. he made me pull off by reservoir on the 60. saw my exhaust, i told him it was muffler. then he made me pop my hood. good thing he didn't come from the passenger side, cuz the intercooler blocked his view of the mirror polished downpipe.
he wrote me for 84+ and said i was getting off easy because of the lane changes, following too close, not using signal...etc...bah...

The last time a cop asked me to pop my hood he told me to clean my engine bay more.
The cop was cool giving a ticket for 84, any higher on the mph it would have been reckless driving.
