i think i am goin to try to invent something.

 

That's just as hard. The problem is marketing or getting some one to buy/look at it.

I got a patent and could never get anyone to look at it with out me having to sign a discloser release to them.

Trying to produce the product your self was just as challanging. Take it to Asia and it can and will get knocked off'd. Now you are competing with them.

It easiest was is having connection with someone in a company that can share your invention through the back door.

I have found that you have to constantly lbe ooking for opprotunties and being in the right place at the right time. This is your best chance if you don't have the money to support your quest.
