I don't know if anyone else notice this but running on threadmill is alot different from running on the street.
I prefer running on the street better.
I use run around my block which is about 1 miles. I can only run around half way then i'll have to pause and walk for a bit..

I jumped on the treadmill after I was done with my workout, but I will run around my block on days I'm not at the gym. But yeah I can tell the difference from the two, as I use to jog around my block before in the past

not really, considering 9:30 is a 'passing grade' for a 14 year old

my fat *** has been averaging 6 min miles since i started running again.
btw world class runners run under 4:30 miles.
