have you ever though your clutch is fine, and the grinding is because your syncros are effed up. the more you eff up synchros, the more you mess up your tranny because the harsh movements are absorbed into the drivetrain.
you can get a aftermarket clutch that will grab better, and feel better but it will be harder to launch.
what im seeing is your gunna get a new clutch, TRY to launch more, then going to end up getting a new tranny very soon

haha naw.. i dont think i explained it to george very well.. its not that i cant launch.. cuz i dont really launch anyways.. and nothings grinding... its just that starting like past 2 weeks its been skipping during acceleration... as in like it jerks.. my footwork is fine cuz its never happened before... but last 2 weeks it started.... my rpm needle goes crazy and the car jerks back and forth during acceleration... its definately gotta be the clutch.. my friend and i both rode my clutch quite a bit a while ago so i think its just a little damaged or melted... but any other possible explanations would be nice too...

but yeh... the clutch is full on skipping... but i think it was a factory defect since everyone else has their stock clutch.. mine was weird the day out of the lot... but not skipping.. just weird noises... and i guess im not too surprised cuz my friend with a wrx got 25k miles on his car and hes on his third factory clutch..

does it still jerks back and forth even when your car is fully "warmed up"?

im not sure... it was skipping... yea not slipping like revs but skipping... liek the needle shook up and down while the car jerked repeatedly... but weird thing today i felt no skipping whatsoever.. i drive the same every day and have been for the 3/4 year of time that i had this car... but last week it did and today it didnt... have to wait and see tomorrow... but for sure it was skipping
