Subietech Hq Meet And Drive Plus Bbq And Raffle
SubieTech is setting up shop in beautiful Downy, CA and we want you to come on by and check us out. Were opening a full installation and parts retail shop strictly for Subaru's. Meaning we don't work on anything else. Tune-ups, Performance Installs, Body Kit installs, Audio/Video, and even Light Fabrication. SubieTech HQ, we'll be able to handle it all.
Although we wont officially be open until sometime early this summer, We are going to go ahead and start having the meets there anyway while we are setting up shop. So starting Sunday February 18Th, 2007 the Meet and Drive meeting location will be at SubieTech HQ: 12323 Woodruff Ave Downy, CA 90241.
As I'm sure you're all aware, we are going to start raffling off items from different company's in the industry at each months Meet & Drive. Its our way of giving back to all of you for making the SoCal Subie Meet and Drive such a huge success.
This month we teamed up with TANABE-USA to start off with a BANG. In addition to raffling off a lot of really great items donated from companies like Cobb Tuning, Do-Luck USA, SP Engineering and many more (check the bottom of this message for an up to date list) and having some of the hottest cars in SoCal come out to show their stuff. TANABE-USA has decided to pick ONE of YOUR Subies for an ADVERTISEMENT appearing in magazines all over the country. Winner will be announced at the Raffle. For more info go to subietech.net
We will also be BBQ-ing Mexican food. Chicken and Asada Tacos, Rice and Beans, Chips and fresh warm Mexican salsa. Cooked by a real Mexican from Mexico. So you know its going to be good.
The meet and drive has always been and will always be FREE.... The BBQ however, is not. We will be charging 5$ per person through Pay Pal or at the door. Which is when you will receive 1 Raffle ticket. Its cheaper then In and Out or Neptune's net. And as an added bones, everyone who pays by Friday Feb 16Th 2007 @ 11.59pm through pay pal will receive one extra raffle ticket. This way we can get an idea of how many people are going to show up and how much food to buy. So double your chances at winning by signing up today.
The Meet and drive will be held in the usual fashion.

The drive is just a little longer due to the fact that we have to drive back to SubieTech HQ for the BBQ and Raffle. But you can rest assure that the drive will be a good one and that we will have the food and everything else ready by the time we make it back.

So its been one year since we started the SoCal Subie Meet and Drive. We started out in Huntington Beach on Sunday April 16th, 2006 with just 7 guys showing up for a cruse through some of Southern California's best canyons. Meeting every 3rd Sunday since, we have grown to one of the largest monthly meets in the U.S.A.. And to add to the list, We're just about ready to open our full functioning performance/maintenance shop for Subaru's, SubieTech HQ.

When is the May drive going to be? The 19th? And do you still meet in Costa Mesa?
I'm moving to Costa Mesa near I-55. It's close to South Coast Plaza? I think that's what it's called. Anyway, yeah. Keep me updated
