Since we couldn't get the RSX running up in time, we got a couple of presents dropped off this afternoon to hold us down for now until the RSX is ready for the next track event.
My team will take turns in each car and fighting for times and bragging rights
Toy 1

Toy 2

I'll see SPT and Charlesj up there with their EVO X, We'll chase them down with these toys

Well, this really sucks, but the car has become unavailable so we ahve no way to make it out there or a car to run. We should be back in a few weeks for a rescheduled test. Sorry to all that will get this too late, but still a great event for you guys to go out to. We will be back later this month. Possibly Subaru will let us add the STI to the test as well.

lol
you wish you guys could have made it out. We were all looking forward to meeting you and seeing the Evo X
Fastest time with my GC was 1.34 on Big track.
Sigma Pi got a 1.40 with a flat tire
and both the Porsche and Ferrari went off road.

i even drove my subaru and the GT3RS
first one since last year
i conned life plaza in going and bringing them and all he asked for was i club stickers
i told him i woud con you out of two hehe
i really was looking foward to meeting you and ali
and the office number was all i could find haha
Yeah...it was a kick in the ***** that we ahd this all set up and then couldnt go. We were really looking forward to this and meeting everyone. Mitsu promised us that they will make up for it with a dual test of the MR and GSR for the track as soon as they can, probably later this month. I am going to put in a call to subaru to see if they will do the same, and then invite Robi-Spec who has a suspension modified new STI and Evo to make it a show. Hopefully subaru will be willing to work with us on that.
When we do, we are going to try to make extra time for some i-club meeting and we will bring a heap load of decals to give out. I had about 30 with me to give out this time, but no one to give them to.
Sorry again guys, really wanted to be there.

it's all good. When you guys have everything sorted away, let me know if you need a spot at a speedtrialusa event. I'll make it happen.
Sounds great. I just sent an email to Tommy thanking him even though we didnt get to go. I took a look at the willow schedule, and Feb 29th for streets with Speed Ventures is looking real good. Streets is preferable for testing on these types of cars anyways. We put in our request to Subaru, and they are going to let us know. I also confirmed with Robi that he will be able to bring his two suspension package cars out. I have a strong feeling that while the new STI is slower around the track stock due to understeer, the modified one with altered aligment, custom KW V3 clubsports, and 275 r compounds may be able to take down the evo with the same mods. Its all about getting that front end to grip. Both cars now fit the same width wheels/tires which is nice.
