thanks so much ferdie. i just spoke with tim, he was very helpful and honest, i appreciate that. he advised me to wait until my engine light comes on again (some friends checked it out and cleared it hoping to help help fix the issue) so once that happens you'll be seeing me

Tell tim to have one of the techs run a voltage meter to the coilpacks. If worse comes to worse run the vin of her car to see if its one of those finicky models that needs a factory reflash.
