i can bring some extra boards if anyone who doesn't surf wants to tag along...im not gonna be teaching anybody though...im just not patient enough!

no not at all...if you can swim well then its easy

 

I'm not teaching anyone either, mainly because I'm t3h sUxOr at surfing. I think it's only hard to learn if you try shortboarding first. I longboarded the first few sessions and I thought it was fairly easy. Granted I wasn't out in the lineup or anything, just riding the mush into the sand. Still easy though.
