Plus, the guys are all pretty cool, and they do excellent work! If you're local, just cruise by the shop, and I guarentee there'll be someone willing to do what ever you need!

Prodrive-USA in Irvine does not do custom tuning, and has no dyno on their premises, AWD or otherwise. For Subarus, they will reflash your ECU with a stage 1,2, or 3 map when you buy the corresponding PPP. XS Engineering in Huntington Beach is typically the shop Prodrive goes to for dyno services. XS Engineering is on the list linked to below.
Link to ECUTek's dealer list, which notes whether the dealer owns a "4 wheel drive rolling road":

Well, it was homemade, and I had made the hole slightly smaller, thinking I'd get better boost response. Had an orifice diameter of .045", instead of the 1.2mm (.047") it should have been. (I used to be a machinist).
Simon put in an OEM restrictor, made a little fun of the one I had made, and closed the hood. They then left in my car, did their performance testing, and while they were gone, I got to take a very good look around their shop. My homemade restrictor, which was .002" smaller than stock, was the entire problem.
Later, we talked in some detail about the PPP's and about Prodrive's approach to tuning. Based on that, and some interaction with him on the boards, I can say with certainty that what I wrote previously is correct. I can also attest that Simon Lines would be a very good Subaru mechanic if he wasn't already an automotive engineer, but I'm veering off-topic now.
Sorry for the long answer, but just saying "No" seemed too easy.

Yes, they can reflash your ECU, and yes, that technology is based on the ECUTek software, but you don't get an ECUTek license with a PPP, and you won't get any kind of reflash from Prodrive that's not a PPP.

Right now easystreet has Ben from England by way of Canada he is an one of their "Ecuteks" main techs. I don't think he will be there too long. Ben is the same tuner who tuned the STi in the SpeedTV TunerTransformation show
