we went to this really cheap place here in norcal. you get what you pay for though...service was wack. there were lots of white people (sign #1 that it's not a real quality chinese restaraunt), and we ordered like 10 dishes and the bill was only like 36 bucks.

really cheap, but cheap quality too.

the tea was good.
