SAFC installing and tuning

I recently installed my uppipe and my egts are reading extremely high. on the freeway, i can't drive over 70 mph because i am going uphill on the 2 freeway and my egts just keep climbing. so the question i'm trying to get at is... does anyone know where i can go SOON and get my safc installed and tuned with a dyno and not just on the street. i've asked xs engineering and they said 500 to 600 for this task. on top of that they said that i have to make an appointment 1 month in advance. i'm not a high roller so i don't want to pay so high for tunning this.

street tuning is actually a more reliable way of tuning, you get airflow and actual temperatures in effect that make a difference in how a turbo car drives/reacts.
My friend is pretty good at tuning SAFCs, as well as other ecu's and If you want to let him have a shot at it he won't charge as much. Let me know if you want his info.
