Hi All,

I purchased my second impreza from these people at puente hills subaru (regretfully) at any rate 2 DAYS after I drove off with my 2008 suby (financed through them) they "couldnt" approve my credit asking for 3K more or a co-sign! which is legitimate.

However, after telling them I do not have 3K more or a co-sign and they just have to take the car back. The finance consultant named Nema proceeded to yell and berate me, he threatened to "tow my car away" also said "we can do this peacefully or...", or what? are you threatenting me? So I got a 1.99% apr loan from a credit union they wanted (6.49%) and paid the car with a check. For some reason they needed my mom to sign a credit application? why? For a "backup" since the cashiers check may bounce they said. All stupidity aside I got my car paid them cash and gave my finance fees to a credit union NOT the dealer. And no I didnt let then con my mom into signing a "back up" credit app. So, unless you feel like getting talked down to after buying a very expensive car from these ungreatful jerks I would not go to Puente Hills Subaru.

And please if they would like to defend their actions on this forum go ahead and explain. explain how you treat your customers, also the GM said "I will write him up for this unprofessional conduct" just incase he forgets im also filing a complaint with SOA... its my right.

Of course the GM apologized for the whole ordeal giving me a 10% off cupon for parts and accy. I dont care how many times you say sorry or coupons you give me. All I remember about my first car purchase on my own is the anger and frustration this dealer put me through.

The original purchse was 2/22/2008 and the second time I had to go there and pay off the car was 2/26/2008 I waited so long to post because I was paranoid they would "try to pull" something else.

Please go to south coast subaru at least they know how to treat people...

-Pissed off customer who will not buy a third subaru.
