No pop on standing idle? maybe the release spring is bad. You should be able to push the piston back by hand. If you can adjust sensitivity set it all the way loose first and work your way back. If that does not work not take it back to blitz and get another one. It's a straight bolt on. Remove the disconnect the factory vaccum line to the recirc, un bolt the recirc while removing the return atmosphere line then cap it. Bolt on the new BOV and re-attach the vaccum line. It's as simple as that. It's very difficult to screw up that kind of install. I say bad piston in the BOV.

i open it yesterday.. seem to be alittle rust build up.. on the piston.
and it took alot of effort to push the piston out even with the spring out..
i'll try to clean it when i get home tonight..
the install was easy.. 2 bolt and 1 hose.. i already plug up the recir pipe..
it just wasn't releasing the boost..when i try it yesterday..
possbily stuck piston..
