Thanks for the advice on the service department, but I'm just trying to purchase the car from there. I had also read another thread about bad customer service from the service department. When I bought my R32 I bought it from the worst VW dealership, but I got a extremely good price on it and after I bought it I never went back for anything. I plan on doing the same thing if I hear any other unsatasfied stories.

I now also have a quote from Irvine Subaru for 22,000 plus tax and title for a base WRX. So now that I have a starting point im on my way. If anyone has any suggestions on where to go or whom to speak to please point me in the right direction. Thanks

Asking a question is not whining.
Websters says whining is
To utter a plaintive, high-pitched, protracted sound, as in pain, fear, supplication, or complaint.
To complain or protest in a childish fashion.
To produce a sustained noise of relatively high pitch: jet engines whining.

I asked whom to speak to at the dealer and if not I had plans on talking to the internet sales staff. This website is meant to help people. Since I do have to pay for my car out of my pocket I would like the best possible deal and if talking to the right people can get me the best deal I am going to ask.
Seems like your the one whining because you do not like what I posted. If you cant post anything that can help me then go be an idiot some where else. Thanks for your useless reply.

Don't mind Francis, he just being an ***. Take your time and find the best deal you can get. I got mine through the Internet sales department. It's not hard, just email a couple of dealers and tell them what you are looking for and deal from there. I hope that helps

Im not taking it to heart. Just being a smart *** back. Now that I have that 22,000 starting point im trying to emaill all the dealers that had the color availble that I was looking for. I think i better come up with a second color choice to open up negotiation for a better price. Thanks

Well I have some quotes building up and I have yet to speak to them, but now that I have a name I will definitely stop by and see how its goes. Thanks for your help. I need to get a car soon. Not having a car sucks.
