In my experience an Operations Manager is kind of an overseer of all areas.... in some cases a boss of bosses. However, the position/duties can be interpreted a million different ways by a million different employers. Eddie would have to be the one to specifically explain his title.
sounds like a pretty high ranking position..
i can't wait to get the job at sun microsystem... its only gonna be temporary but its something.. there is a long long journey in my career waiting for me.. and i'm getting impatient with the wait
