New to WRX former VW

Hey guys I just traded in my 03 GTI VR6 for a 02 WRX wagon. The wagon is WR blue, has axis 17 golds, HKS BOV, GReddy exhaust, AEM CIA, and a STi short throw. All I can say is wow what a world of difference, I should have done this long ago.
Anyway I am new to the forum (obviously) and just want to introduce myself and say whats up.

I personally don't have experience with this intake simply because I'm gonna run the risk. Finding the stock parts would be pretty easy... just ask around. People haven't had as much problems with the short ram, but more specifically the AEM CAI.
Here's a link... there are a few more but stick around the 2.o turbo forums for long enough and you'll see cases.

[B] it's pretty dumb... read around and you'll find a lot about people ****ing up their engines because of the intake. If you get the computer tuned w/intake you'll be fine. But if not... get ridda da *****

Well I guess I will take a look longer to see, I just dont understand how it could f up your engine.
If anyone has a stock one ( or know someone who does) that wants to get rid of there stock one or sell it for cheap I would buy it.
Also would the accessport from Cobb Tuning take care of any problems.
And to anwser gdogg's question I love the ride, the GTI could never compare. I may have lost heated seats, a sunroof and leather but you couldn't pay me to go back to my old car.
