Hey guys! Im new to this whole WRX thing. I am a former Honda/Acura girl. I used to have an Integra & an RSX but now I LOVE my WRX! I was just hoping to get some feedback on what you guys/gals think about...

STi vs. Kartboy short shifter
TurboXS exhaust

modding a WRX is a whole new world to me. Im used to the intake, headers, exhaust, ECU upgrade mod.

go with the kartboy shifter. but make sure to also get the bushings and the exhaust it's totally user preference. I myself would go with the HKS hi-power or carbon-ti. what year is your WRX and what area you from? Good luck and welcome... If you have anymore ?? just pm me. aight laters

turbo xs is just a magna flow muffler im pretty sure and some bent pipe.
dont get an intake is sucks i have one if you still want to buy one though. if you go with a TBE and an ecu reflash you can get 285HP http://cobbtuning.com/wrx/accessecu.html

the STI is the whole linkage and the kartboy is just the shifter. the exhaust i wouldnt get anythign too big that draws attention. my favourite exhaust is the scooby sport. i like the borla hush too.

Subi114 - I have an 04 Premium Silver without the spoiler. I'm from Cerritos. I totally want to do the ECU reflash. I reflashed the RSX I had and it made a BIG difference. I can only imagine what a reflash can do in a turbo :banana: Where you from?

Sigma Pi - When I described what type of exhaust I was looking for, a friend of mine actually suggested the Scooby Sport. Do you have it on your car?? I wanna see pics Is it a deep throaty sound?

Adam & ravent...YES I LOVE RALLY (drift too actually ). I must admit that i watch WRC and cheer for the citroen. I think Sebastien Loeb is dope. So theres no way that I would miss watching it in person. The best part will probably be driving my car in the dirt Im gonna head up saturday morning. Im still trying to figure out which one of my friends is going with me.

Hey Chris...Im down to help you plan a meet in OC. I used to plan all the RSX meets. Believe it or nit I was ClubDC5 President LOL Still technically am. I even set up the AEM Dyno Day meet. Im sure if you look on www.clubrsx.com , you'll be able to find me RSXGiRL423.

Sigma Pi ... thanks for the link. I think i wanna go scooby sport. I considered the MRT too. I went down to Irvine subaru last night to pick up the STi short shifter (which im hoping to install tonight or tomorrow) and he was gonna hook me up for $830 for the TBE. I just dont like the look of the 4inch "GReddy" tip. I like the look of a rolled tip. Axel back means i would need a down pipe right? Hmmm.

axle back means you need to get a center pipe and a down pipe and some take out the two and some take out one cat

yeah lets have the met in the OC im super sick this week i pulled 102* on the thermomiter so next week should be better
