Okay so i did some math to help franco out. Here is how its going to work $120 for everyone for the deposit (which we have for 10) so thats $1200.
the total event cost is $2750, that leaves $1550. subtract 200 from the birthday boy that gives us $1350 split 10 ways which gives us 135 a person to be paid at the track (total of 255 per person)

now it gets a little bit complicated, since mw1029h wants to join us. this will lower the total cost per person each additional individual will need to pay the $120 deposit plus remainder of the cost minus birthday boy's (200) split 11 ways, which is 111.81 to be paid at the track.
(total of 231.81 per person)

the key thing is that more people we get the lower the cost if we have a 12th driver (not including ed/t) its going to be 212.50 a person
